  1. The most interesting thing about this article is the 4000+ comments that ensued. Yeah theres nothing like avatars and anonymity to bring out the racists that would otherwise cowardly suppress their ignorance. The fact is prior to the European colonization / invasion and Hollywood's revisionist fables there was a vast indigenous empires that of the darker shade that goes back to antiquity on the American continents. One mainly settled along the Mississippi ( old nile )from the basin upwards toward Illinois is a nation called the Washitaw that dates more than 5000 years back on the North American continent. Washitiaw is the name from which Washington is derived. Washington is not a Anglo/Saxon name in origin. The real issue is the fact that George Washington adopted a surname to equate to the Moorish government and rule for which he existed under. George Washington was not the first president and the U.S.A. history is not as white as they portray it to be. Also most melanite / blacks / native americans history in this land goes way back before slavery. Sidenote slavery was not limited to blacks , there was white slaves in america all the way up to the 1860s. Washington has always been a black / moorish / native american surname. 2. The fact is there are a whole lot of Washingtons in U.S.A. of the melanated ranks all were not slaves and if so where are the white counter parts that served as masters baring the same surname. The fact is Washitaw is a indigenous name to this land mass and it predates colonial rule. The aboriginals of North America had names and languages before the terrorists arrived. The problem is with certain people who do not like history unless it strokes their egos. " So what? and get over it" is the response of those less melanated and immigrated some 100 to 300 years ago. It is intolerance and ignorance of those who wish not to share the world narrative unless it is authored by them in which they assume the role of superior / creator .
